TNPL 2025 Most Expensive Players: Top Buy in the TNPL Auction

The most expensive TNPL 2025 auction took place on 15 February 2025 in Chennai. The ninth Edition of the Tamil Nadu Premier League will begin on 15 June 2025. Eight participating teams will compete against one another in the competition. So, check out the TNPL 2025 auction’s most expensive players. All the teams have their squad ready since the end of the auction. A round-robin format will allow all the teams to face one another to determine the best teams. Eventually, the best squad among the eight teams will emerge victorious. There will be thirty-two matches in total, with four playoffs.

The playoff will consist of three rounds: an Eliminator round and two Qualifiers, which will eventually lead to the final match. In the later section of this topic, we will provide you with the squad and the most expensive players in this season of TNPL.

TNPL 2025 Most Expensive Players

The starting price of the players in the auction was ₹50K. Most of the players in the auction were bought for that price. There were six players who were bought for more than ten lakh. The most expensive player in the league is M Mohammed, who was bought for eighteen lakh.
