Chelsea, as always, has been just one of the busiest teams in recent years, as they signed Liam Delap before the FIFA Club World Cup. They have now completed the signing of the Borussia Dortmund winger Jamie Gittens and Brighton’s Joao Pedro. Apart from them, Arsenal, Manchester City, Barcelona, and other teams have inquired about some players.

PSG enter the race to sign Real Madrid’s Rodrygo
With every Real Madrid game, it is kind of stating that Rodrygo can move out of the club. The problem is not about the player; it is just the game time the Brazilian star needs. He has hardly played 35 minutes combined in all five FIFA Club World Cup games for Real Madrid. Real Madrid will keep the player if he wants to stay. The concern for the player is that he has less time on the field. Eventually, something upwards of £90 million plus add-ons, Real Madrid will be happy to sell him if he wants to go.
Arsenal would have been one of the most favorable destinations for the Brazilian winger. Their interest is very heavy, and Arsenal’s manager, Mikel Arteta, will welcome him with both hands. Arsenal can pay something more than £70million, as per The Mirror. If Rodyrgo signs for Arsenal, he will be a starter for the English side.
Some of the reports suggest PSG entered the race for Rodrygo. Nothing is confirmed yet, but the firepower attack of Ousmane Dembele, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Desire Doue, Bradley Barcola, and Rodrygo, adding to that, will make the team more unstoppable. Rodrygo’s starting position won’t be guaranteed if he joins PSG.
Saudi club Al-Ahli wants Messi
It is surely a dream for every football fan to see Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo reunite and come up against each other. There are just six months remaining for Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami contract to expire. Saudi club Al-Ahli is again interested in bringing him to Saudi football to make the two GOATs of football play in the same league.
Al-Hilal were interested in Messi in 2023 and were ready to give me the biggest contract in football, $1 billion. He later joined David Beckham’s Inter Miami side, which plays in the MLS.
Gyokores Arsenal update
The search for a striker continues for Arsenal, and they are very keen on getting the Swedish striker Viktor Gyokores. We will see the deal getting completed in a few weeks, as Viktor Gyokores has already agreed on the personal terms with them for a five-year deal.
Gyokores is not training with his team, Sporting CF, as he wants the deal to go through as fast as possible. Sporting CF is asking for a fee of £80 million without any add-ons. Arsenal sent an offer of £65 million plus £15 million add-ons. There are ongoing talks about the transfer fee, which is delaying the deal.
Other transfer updates
There is something different about the Saudi side, Al-Hilal, as they have convinced another superstar to join them. Al Hilal has signed AC Milan and French National Team left-back, Theo Hernandez. The transfer fee is somewhere around £15 million.
Arsenal has announced the signing of the Spanish midfielder Martin Zubimendi. They have also signed Kepa from Chelsea as their back-up goalkeeper. Fabrizio Romano confirmed Christian Norgaard will also be a new Arsenal player. Newcastle United has signed the Swedish winger Antony Elanga from Nottingham Forest for £55 million.
