Ballon d’Or 2025 Rankings are Revealed, and the Ballon d’Or 2025 winner is out, and it is Ousmane Dembele of Paris Saint-Germain who wins it. It was fair, and he deserved it as he had a great season for both individual stats and trophies. Dembele had a 51 G/A and won four trophies.
Apart from Ousmane Dembele, there are a lot of players given the rankings that they surely don’t deserve, as per the season they have produced. Every year, the credibility of this award is getting lower and lower. Yamal won the Kopa trophy for the second consecutive time, which was fair. Donnarumma won the Yashin Trophy, whereas Vitor Gyokeres won the Gerd Muller Trophy. Luis Enquire won the Johan Cyruff trophy, whereas PSG won the Best Club award.

Ballon d’Or 2025 Rankings Revealed: The Truth Behind Raphinha, Kane, Lewandowski & Pedri’s Shocking Ranks!
First of all, we have to start with Raphinha. Everyone knew that Dembele was winning, and most likely Raphinha would finish 2nd or 3rd, not below that. He was 5th in the rankings. Raphinha had one of the best seasons a player can have; he scored in important matches and was also the joint top-scorer in the UEFA Champions League 2024/2025 edition. He had goal contributions of sixty-four.
Now, let us talk about Pedri. He finished out of the top 10, which is surely hard to understand. The importance of Dembele to the PSG team or Yamal to the Barcelona team is the same for Pedri. If he played badly, which was once in a lifetime moment, then Barcelona struggled. He was below Cole Palmer, which is a joke in itself. Cole Palmer did not have his best season as he struggled in the Premier League. He won two trophies, but above Pedri, definitely not!

Harry Kane had one of the best seasons again, as he scored goals for fun, but was kept out of the top 10. Michael Olise, another player who had a breakthrough season, was 30th on the rankings, whereas Robert Lewandowski, the Barcelona striker, was on 17th. Scott McTominay was 18th, Joao Neves was 19th, and Fabian Ruiz was 24th. All the players were below Vinicius Jr. This was disrespectful to the players, as they had a better season than he did.
