The Indian players Tilak Varma, Kuldeep Yadav, and Abhishek Sharma came to take their individual awards. Tilak Varma won the Man of the Match in the final, whereas Abhishek Sharma won the Player of the tournament. The players came and took their awards, and got talked to by Simon Doull.
Indian team was firm on what they said, as they won’t receive the trophy from the Asian Cricket Council Chief Mohsin Naqvi. It was confirmed when Simon Doll, the Indian team, wouldn’t take the trophy, and the presentation was over.

The ACC Chief Mohsin Naqvi embarrassed himself more by not giving the trophy and taking it with him. At the end, India is India; they did not need a trophy to celebrate their success.
