We are all set for the fifth edition of The Hundred Men’s Competition 2025. The first match of this season starts on the 5th of August, whereas the last match of the fifth edition is on the 31st of August. Eventually, the Hundred Men’s Competition 2025 Points Table at the end will state who qualifies for the knockouts of this edition.
There are a total of eight teams playing in the competition, and we will see a total of thirty-four matches. Each team has a home ground and all the matches will be played across eight venues in the United Kingdom.
Oval Invincibles are the winners of the previous edition and will defend their title. They were playing Southern Brave in the final. Oval Invincibles made 147 runs in their 100 balls, whereas Southern Brave could only score 130 and lost by 17 runs. Saqib Mahmood was the Man of the Match in the final as he just gave 17 runs in the 20 balls he bowled and took three important wickets.

The Hundred Men’s Competition 2025 Points Table: Team Rankings and Distribution Rules
The first game of The Hundred 2025 is on 5th August. Basically, the defending champions, Oval Invincibles, play against the London Spirits. The venue for the first match is the Home of cricket, the Iconic Lord’s Stadium in London. It will start at 5:30 PM local time, whereas it is 11 PM as per Indian Standard Time.
There are a total of eight teams playing in the The Hundred Men’s Competition 2025. Trent Rockets, Birmingham Phoenix, London Spirits, Oval Invincibles, Southern Brave, Northern Superchargers, Manchester Originals, and Welsh Fire are the teams. The tournament will also see a lot of superstars from different countries playing in the competition. Some of the stars are Faf du Plessis, Joe Root, Jos Buttler, Sam Curran, Jamie Smith, Jofra Archer, Jonny Bairstow, Steve Smith, Ollie Pope, Rachin Ravindra, and Trent Boult.
For every win, a team gets four points, whereas there are no points for a team that loses. If the match is abandoned by rain or canceled due to any other reason other than the two teams playing, each team is awarded one point. The team that finishes in first place after the league phase goes into the final. At the same time, the team in second and third position play an elimination match. The winner of that match gets a place in the Final.
