Saurabh Bharadwaj Challenges India Captain “Suryakumar Yadav” Over Match Earnings Donation

There are a lot of emotions connected to the game of cricket in India. One such emotion is shown by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Saurabh Bharadwaj. Basically, Saurabh Bharadwaj challenges the India Captain Suryakumar Yadav, BCCI, and ICC to donate all the money earned from this match to the Pahalgam victims.

India was playing Pakistan in the 6th Match of the Asia Cup 2025. Basically, the Dubai International Cricket Stadium was the venue for this match. Pakistan were batting first and scored 127/9 in their 20 overs. In reply, the Indian batters’ intent from the first ball was clear, and they were not going to spare the Pakistani bowlers. Eventually, India won the match in the 16 overs by seven wickets. Kuldeep Yadav was the Man of the Match for his three wickets.

India’s captain Suryakumar Yadav scored the winning runs, and after that, both players, him and Shivam Dube, were off to the dressing room without shaking hands with the Pakistani players. During the post-match presentation, he decided to dedicate this win to all the armed forces and the victims of the Pahalgam attack. He was again questioned about the sportsman’s spirit in the press conference. Eventually, he calmly answered that some things are more than a sportsman’s spirit.
