The International League T20 2025-26 will start soon. Basically, it is one of the biggest cricket leagues played in the UAE. The tournament started in 2023. This year is the 4th edition of the game. In addition, the International League T20 2025-26 is taking place earlier.
This shift of the dates is due to avoiding a clash with the 2026 T20 World Cup. It is going to be an exciting season, as this will be the first time that the teams will be selecting players in an auction. The tournament promises all the action and excitement of the T20.
International League T20 2025-26 Start Date: Schedule, Host
This year, the International League is taking place early. Basically, the league takes place at the start of the year, mainly from January to early February. However, this year, the thrilling matches will be coming to the fans early.

Format & Teams Squad
The International League is a thrilling T20 series of the UAE. Basically, the format remains the same the six teams will play each other twice in other words in double round-robin. While the top 4 teams will be prociding to play in the knouckouts.
In addition, the tournament features six strong teams. Abu Dhabi Knight Riders, Dubai Capitals, Desert Vipers, Gulf Giants, MI Emirates, and Sharjah Warriorz. Basically, each team is a great balance of experienced players and rising stars.
The squad of the teams will be released by the officials after the Auction on 1 October 2025. Basically, this is going to be the very first time where teams will be picking players at an auction which makes the tournament more thrilling.
Venues
The International League 2025-26 will be taking place in diffrent venues of Dubai. The matches will be taking place at three main venues that is Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Sheikh Zayed Stadium, and Sharjah Cricket Stadium.
The Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai has a capacity of around 25,000. Basically, this venue is going to host the major matches of ITL. In addition, it has also hosted iconic matches like the 2021 T20 World Cup.
On the other hand, Sheikh Zayed Stadium is located in the capital Abu Dhabi. Above all, the stadium has a capacity of around 20,000 fans. It is a perfect stadium for the league with modern facilities.
The Sharjah Cricket Stadium is a little smaller than the other two stadiums. It has a capacity of around 16,000 fans. In addition, it is known for its short boundaries and high scoring thrillers. It is a perfect stadium to enjoy league matche.
