The very simple thing for Pakistan to do to qualify for the Asia Cup 2025 final is to win both of their matches. First, they will face the table toppers of Group B, Sri Lanka, on 23rd September. Sri Lanka has already lost one Super-Four match. The Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi will be the venue for this match.
Their last match of the Super-Fours will be against Bangladesh on 25th September. Basically, the Dubai International Cricket Stadium will be the venue for this match. This will be the first time that the Pakistan team will face both opponents in the Asia Cup 2025.
Second Possibility
Let us assume that Pakistan, in the remaining two matches, wins one and loses one, then surely their qualification will not be in their own hands. The Pakistan team also really did keep their eyes on the net run rate. One thing is for sure, they will have to defeat Bangladesh by a very huge margin.
