The most successful team in the Bangladesh Premier League is Comilla Victorians. They have won the title four times and were consecutive title-holders in 2022 and 2023 until Fortune Barishals defeated them. However, Comilla Victorians did not participate in the 2024 Bangladesh Premier League.

The reason is related to the conflict between the people and the politician Hasina Sheikh. The Comilla Victorians’ license was revoked due to their indirect relationship with Hasina Sheikh.
