Before the start of the Afghanistan vs Bangladesh game, Rashid Khan had 12 wickets, and Bhuvneshwar Kumar had 13 wickets, but by picking up two wickets, Rashid Khan got the record to his name.

First up, he picked up Saif Hassan’s wicket, where he equalled Bhuvaneshwar Kumar’s record. Later, he got the wicket of Shamim Hossain, adding his name to the history books. Now, Rashid Khan has the most wickets in the T20 format of the Asia Cup.
