World Snooker Championship 2025 venue will be the Crucible in Sheffield. The dates scheduled for the championship are April 19 – May 5. Above all, this is the 49th time that the competition will be hosted at the same venue. Halo Service Solutions will sponsor the World Snooker Championship for the first time in 2025. It will be broadcast by the BBC domestically and in Europe by Eurosport.

Basically, the format of the Championship will have different best-of-frames depending on the stage of the tournament.
- First round will have the best of 19 frames.
- Second round and quarters will have the best of a maximum of 25 frames
- Sem-final will have best of 33
- The final will have the best of 35 frames
