Jaren averages 22.2 PPG and 5.6 RPG and adds first-class defence. All-Star is identified for rim protection and still staying complete in the offensive game.

9. Tyrese Haliburton (IND) - Age: 24

One of the best passers in the league with 18.6 PPG and 9.2 APG. High IQ playmaker despite missing the All-Star.

7. Evan Mobley (CLE) - Age: 23

Mobley dazzled with 18.5 PPG, 9.3 RPG, 3.2 APG, plus elite defense. Made the All-Star team and earned a DPOY award nomination.
